Return and Exchange Policy for M&D Jewellery

At M&D Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy, we’re here to help!

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is in its original condition and packaging.
• The item has not been worn, used, or altered in any way.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

• Customized or personalized jewellery
• Clearance or sale items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at info@mdjewellery.in to request a return authorization.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Include a copy of your order confirmation and a note indicating the reason for the return.
4. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over 5000 INR as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate the return process as outlined above, and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
